In Yanchep today Cynthia Sinclair’s garden was open to the public. I was invited to show my jewellery and hopefully get a few sales.
The garden is prolific in flowers, vegetables and shrubs. The limestone walls, paths and raised garden beds provide lots of nooks and crannies for plant growth. However being so close to the ocean, Cynthia has grown she-oaks,peppermint trees and Norfolk Pines to help combat the fierce winds off the ocean.
While I sat at my table I sketched the garden in front of me.
