Heat Wave

Perth has been sweltering for the last few days. Yesterday at 4pm I took this photo of the thermometer on the back verandah. I've been swimming at the local college pool to cool down.

BronzeClay class

Just had to post a pic of this students first attempts with BronzeClay. She did really well and made some interesting pieces. These are straight out of the kiln. They have an interesting coloured patina which she is going to keep.

I celebrated the New year with a friend and had fresh crab, crayfish and prawns...........yum.
