In the first class with Donna, she showed us the construction of her pod necklace.
     
Black and white canes were made and then slices of the canes where appliqued onto pod forms.

My friends, Jennifer Tattam and Lara Le Reveur flew into Perth for Eastern States and we set off to Geraldton to attend the masterclass given by Donna Kato form the USA. The classes were held at the Durack Institute of Technology in the town centre.

Catching up with Blogging

It's been a while since I've post on my blog. This is because so much has happened in the last few weeks and time has just flown by. I am hoping to catch up with a few events that have happened and keep my readers informed.

C Y O Connor Institute - TAFE – Moora campus

It’s good to be teaching in a purpose built Art Room this term at Moora, even though it’s 165kms one way journey from my home in Two Rocks. My Art students are doing some really great work and are so enthusiastic.
